2. What personal data do we collect?
We collect personal data when you fill out a contact form on our website or when you visit our website and accept cookies.
2.1 Contact forms
When you submit a form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Message (optional)
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest. We process your data to respond to your enquiry and to contact you regarding our services.
2.2 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies on our website, divided into the following categories:

2.3 Consent logging
When you interact with our cookie banner, we log the following information as proof of your consent:
- Anonymous consent ID
- Timestamp
- Categories accepted/rejected
- Privacy policy version
- Browser information (user agent)
This data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and is used solely to document consent in accordance with GDPR.
3. Data Processors
We share your personal data with the following third parties acting as data processors:
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets) – statistics and consent logging
- Leadfeeder / Dealfront – company identification via IP address (consent required)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – marketing (consent required)
- LinkedIn – marketing (consent required)
All data processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and transfers are carried out in accordance with EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
4. Transfers to third countries
We have chosen EU-based data storage with Google where possible. Meta and LinkedIn also operate EU data centres for European users, but their terms reserve the right to transfer data to the USA. Any such transfers are carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. Retention period
- Contact forms: Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and deleted no later than 24 months after last contact.
- Consent logs: Retained for up to 5 years as documentation.
- Cookies: The consent cookie expires after 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access – you can request to see what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification – you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure – you can ask us to delete your personal data.
- Right to restriction – you can ask us to restrict processing of your data.
- Right to data portability – you can receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object – you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw your cookie consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

7. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe we are processing your personal data in violation of GDPR.

8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. In case of material changes, we will request renewed consent via the cookie banner. The current version is always available on this page.
